Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure the best value for the company.
- Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with warehouse, accounting, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and procurement software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Chinese language is a must.
