Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of cash handling.
- Assist with outbound calling initiatives to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions is desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
