Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including experience in guest services and events management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with guests, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service in various settings, while setting up and taking down bounce houses. The Technician will also be responsible for managing conflicts effectively and contributing to a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.
- Engage with children during events or activities, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Utilize public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Collaborate with the events management team to set up and dismantle equipment as needed.
- Maintain safety standards in all activities, particularly in roles involving lifeguarding or similar responsibilities.
- Handle food service operations when required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate conflict management skills to address any guest concerns or disputes professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
- Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is beneficial.
- Background in food service or lifeguarding will be advantageous for specific roles within the team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective public speaking and guest interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to handle individual tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift extremely heavy weight is a must.
- Must be able to pass a criminal and sexual background check.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
