Responsibilities
- Inspection & Grading: Assess and test acquired Tier-3 gear, ensuring accurate grading and pricing.

- Product Listings & Inventory: Collaborate with the Ancillary Sales team to create accurate and compelling product listings for online marketplaces, ensuring proper documentation and presentation.
- Firmware & Repairs: Perform firmware updates, minor repairs, and serial number creation to enhance product functionality.
- Research & Identification: Identify and research vintage cameras, tripods, and lighting kits to determine missing parts and ensure accurate inventory classification.
- Sorting & Organization: Efficiently process and categorize incoming Tier-3 gear.
- Quality Assurance: Exercise judgment in evaluating product quality and usability.
- Systems & Process Training: Participate in training on firmware updates, inspection techniques, and basic repairs to build expertise across key operational areas.
Qualifications
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and apply feedback effectively.

- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory assessments.
- Camera knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Office and Tableau** is a plus.
