Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with our customer service philosophy.
- Maintain open communication with staff and management through our Basecamp System.
- Ensure compliance with campground policies and implement solutions aligned with park goals.
- Proactively manage guest interactions to create a positive environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with Guest Service staff to resolve issues when necessary.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges.
Job Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative and independent work style.
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior line/short order cooking experience required.
- Hold or obtain a Food Handler's Permit.
- Comfortable serving alcohol and handling raw food.
- Adaptable to new recipes and culinary techniques.
- Age requirement: 18 years old.
Work Schedule
- Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Part-time position with variable hours (10-30 hours per week depending on occupancy).
- Hours available Thursday-Sunday evenings, but flexibility is appreciated.
- Training hours will be scheduled in the mornings.
- Hourly rate: $18.50 and up depending on experience.
- Pooled tips.
