A Quality Control TA will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability. The purpose of this position is to maintain / develop quality systems within the production department based on plant wide objectives, quality improvement plans for each area of responsibility, and support all departmental quality related issues. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued success and reputation of Astemo.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Measure Parts for Quality
- Track and Analyze reject and Scrap Trends
- Perform and verify rejects
- Develops / Implements CM's for Quality Concerns (PDCA)
- Disposition and Confirmation of Product with Quality Related Concerns (Testing, Analyzing and reporting)
- Develop Maintain Quality Checks
- Develop, Implement, Work Instructions and Quality Related Standards
- Support Production Management in day to day activities
- Understand Customer Requirements
- Control Abnormal Conditions to prevent shipping of non-conforming product to the customer
- Audit processes for non-conformances
