Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- We are seeking a Quality Control expert with strong technical writing skills to support documentation needs within a regulated environment.
- Develop, revise, and maintain QC-related documentation, including SOPs, WPs, FRMs, and qualification documents.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with QC, QA, and engineering teams to gather technical information and process details.
- Support audits and inspections by providing clear, accurate documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Control or regulated environment.
- Proven experience in technical writing within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and documentation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing protocols, SOPs, work procedures (WPs), forms (FRMs), and qualification documents.
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail, compliance with industry standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
