Quality Assurance Coordinator oversees the quality management, improvement and assessment programs for the Keiser University College of College of Chiropractic Medicine (KUCCM).
- Works directly with the Vice President, Dean, Program Coordinator, Clinic Director, and Assessment Committee Chair to develop, coordinate, and maintain the assessment system that provides performance-based evidence of student, program, and clinical outcomes.
- Collects, maintains, and analyzes data to support continuity of the chiropractic program.
- Monitors quality assurance, compliance and assessment to ensure that services are implemented to the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
- Monitors and tracks student clinical experiences and qualitative/quantitative clinical requirements.
- Investigates trends, patterns, and relationships using qualitative/quantitative data and communicates findings to (KUCCM) faculty and academic leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Quality Assurance Coordinator must have:
- A conferred Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience and documented evidence of training in healthcare compliance, assessment, quality improvement and assurance.
- Education/experience related to statistics, measurement, assessment, and research technology in an academic program (preferred).
- Demonstrated organizational and computer skills with advanced to expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
This is an on-site, full-time position (40 hours per week)
