What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Recruiter position at Keiter?
Supports various functions of the Firms recruiting efforts including those related to the scheduling of the internship program, externship program, and on-campus recruitment. This position will work as a member of the HR Talent Acquisition team and will carry out tasks related to entry-level recruiting and internship recruiting. These tasks include: direct communication with career center staff and candidates, working closely with Recruiting Committee members (including HR leaders) to document and oversee job and internship postings on our website and on social media, scheduling candidate screenings and conducting interviews, and working closely with target universities to recruit entry-level talent and interns. Displays confidence in addressing questions from candidates and displays a professional manner when dealing with students, experienced candidates, and internal clients.
A significant duty of the Campus Recruiter will be to draft correspondence related to informing candidates and recruits of the hiring process. Other duties may include but are not limited to: registering for events through online career center sites, collaborating with our Marketing time on collateral and communications, ordering supplies, organizing the logistics and items needed for events and activities, scheduling interviews and preparing supporting documents for the interviewers. The Firm may request that more hours are worked during the fall or during busy recruiting periods. Must maintain confidentiality.
