We are looking for a full-time office clerk in our Soho office

Key Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Data Entry:Accurately inputting data into computer systems, mainly invoices
- File Management:Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, including labeling, sorting, and retrieving documents as needed. Copying and Printing:
- Operating office machines to copy, scan, and print documents as required.
- Recordkeeping: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of office records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong ability to use programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness when handling data and documents.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
