Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations and providing essential administrative support to various departments. As an Office Clerk, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 


Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic filing systems
  • Data entry and updating databases accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory management
  • Supporting administrative staff in various tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience in an office clerk or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
