Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 5:00pm
Salary: $115,000. - $135,000 DOE
Job purpose
Responsible for the maintenance spends on KTC owned equipment inclusive of KTC owned shops and outside vendor repairs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Fleet Maintenance Programming
- Manages monthly maintenance spends on KTC owned equipment.
- Reviews and/or establishes shop performance to goal at regular intervals (monthly minimum) – internal and external.
- Prioritizes PM/DVIR/breakdown policy – reviews, adjusts, gives feedback, accountability.
- Where necessary; developing, implementing, modifying, and upholding policies (SOP)
- Represents and holds accountable Quality Control in Repairs and Inspections throughout Fleet
- Staff Management
- Working with and supporting Shop Manager(s) to reach goals
- Outside vendor service writing group Management
- Establish leadership and standards; uphold established expectations.
- Review & verify parts/service request escalations.
- Give regular feedback.
- Implements and manages Warranty claims administration.
- Works with Shop Managers for training, continuing education/training programs & Apprenticeships
- Prioritizes Safety.
• Prioritizes and optimizes shop software; accuracy, utilization, and functionality
• Produces data where requested/necessary and reviews reports where applicable
• Accessible 24/7 - Rotating on call – weekly (including weekend)
• Provides Professional Interface with Customers – always representing Page.
• Knowledgeable and supports Safety, ELD, HOS & CSA communications with Drivers
• Attends trade shows as required
• Travels to other Terminals as required
• Commercial vehicle ride along with company driver for training exposure

Qualifications
Qualifications
• 3 years heavy duty diesel technical experience REQUIRED
- 5 years proven management experience with 15 staff.
• Software experience/computer technical expertise
• 10 years’ experience in the trucking industry
Proven ability to diagnose data; implement change strategies.
Ability to travel.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companies’ drug free workplace policies.
