Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact and gain invaluable experience? Keke’s Breakfast Cafe is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring fresh ideas, flawless execution, and an energetic approach to growing our brand. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Specialist, Operations, and our leadership team to enhance brand awareness, drive cafe sales, and support engaging marketing initiatives that keep our guests coming back for more.
This role is a temporary three-month assignment with an opportunity for extension. The candidate must be able to work a hybrid schedule for at least three days in person at the Orlando corporate office and/or in the field.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while staying focused on delivering results. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Presence Updates – Keep our website and social media channels up-to-date with accurate content.
- Local Store Marketing – Work closely with Marketing Specialist and Operations to support local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and support our cafes.
- New Cafe Openings – Assist in local events and marketing activities that launch successful new cafes in new and existing markets.
- Social Media Support – Help manage content scheduling and engagement across social media platforms.
- Customer Service Monitoring & Social Listening – Provide initial responses to guest inquiries and reviews, escalating when necessary.
- Corporate Event Support – Help plan and execute internal events that strengthen Keke’s culture, uphold brand standards, and clearly communicate important information.
- Internal Communications & Intranet Support – Assist in sharing important updates and maintaining the company intranet, as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics – Support data analysis and reports to measure marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of marketing or agency experience
- Associate’s degree or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and keen attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for brand building, guest engagement, and creative marketing strategies.
- Must be based in Orlando, FL.
