Manufacturing Manager – Houston, TX
Kelaca is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our client in Houston, Texas .
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee machine shop and welding operations , ensuring cost-effective production and compliance with ISO, API, and QA standards .
- Develop and enforce manufacturing procedures based on internal KPIs.
- Hire, train, and manage Machine and Weld Shop personnel .
- Maintain preventative maintenance and safety programs.
- Optimize shop efficiency, production schedules, and resource utilization .
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to enhance processes and reduce defects.
- Manage operational budgets and handle customer product concerns .
Qualifications :
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM | Exempt
