About Client:
They are a leading medical device company dedicated to reducing the scatter radiation exposure of physicians, nurses, technicians and others who use x-ray imaging to perform life-saving diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the installation of suspension arms and EggNest product in hospital fluoroscopic labs. This role is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring seamless installation processes while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all phases of suspension arm installation projects, from initial planning to final implementation.
· Collaborate with hospital staff, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
· Coordinate pre-installation site assessments, if necessary, to identify potential challenges and ensure readiness.
· Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
· Coordinate logistics, including equipment delivery, contractor scheduling, and on-site support.
· Monitor installation progress, addressing any issues proactively to ensure timely completion.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hospital protocols, and industry standards.
· Document all aspects of the project and provide detailed reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
· Strong understanding of hospital operations and fluoroscopic lab requirements is a plus.
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
· Ability to read, create, and modify CAD files.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
· Willingness to travel to various hospital locations as required (<20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical device installation or healthcare facility construction.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
