Attorney - Telecommunications Associate (Boulder, Colorado)

Keller and Heckman LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., has an immediate need for a talented junior level associate attorney to join its nationally recognized and collegial Telecommunications practice in its Boulder, Colorado Office.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years of experience in telecommunications, technology transactions, and infrastructure law. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility are required. A desire to learn, and an ability to manage multiple client priorities and take direction are critical. The successful associate will be given significant client responsibility early on, including direct client contact. Must be a Colorado barred attorney or be eligible to waive-in to the Colorado bar.

We offer an excellent benefit package, bonus plan, and salary commensurate with experience. The salary range is $165,000 - $200,000 which represents the presently anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salary may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience. A full and comprehensive healthcare package is offered (medical, prescription drugs, vision, and dental).
