What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telecommunications Associate position at Prismark Partners?
We are seeking a talented junior-level associate attorney to join our nationally recognized and collegial Telecommunications practice in our Boulder, Colorado Office.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years of experience in telecommunications, technology transactions, and infrastructure law. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility are required. A desire to learn and an ability to manage multiple client priorities and take direction are critical. The successful associate will be given significant client responsibility early on, including direct client contact. Must be a Colorado-barred attorney or be eligible to waive-in to the Colorado bar.
We offer an excellent benefits package, bonus plan, and salary commensurate with experience. The salary range is $165,000 - $200,000, which represents the presently anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salary may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience. A full and comprehensive healthcare package is offered (medical, prescription drugs, vision, and dental).
