Chief Executive Officer - Chemical Industry #1510

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our chemical manufacturing plant. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building out a hemispheric chlor-alkali business over the next 10 years. The ideal candidate will drive profitability while fostering a positive and engaged workforce culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for both operational and commercial functions of the organization
• Improve overall company profitability through effective management and strategic decision-making
• Drive employee engagement and cultural alignment between the newly acquired company and parent organization
• Oversee and support the transition process, including infrastructure and technology improvements
• Develop and implement policies, controls, and compliance measures aligned with local legislation and international best practices
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and strategic growth
• Lead the implementation of lean operations and improve internal controls to reduce risk
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
• Proven track record in plant operations and commercial leadership
• Strategic leadership experience at a senior executive level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft D365
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
