Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute policies, controls, and compliance frameworks aligned with domestic regulations and global industry standards
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and facilitate cultural integration between acquired assets and parent company
- Guide strategic direction across commercial and operational divisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and strategic expansion
- Manage and oversee transition initiatives, including modernization of systems and infrastructure
- Spearhead implementation of lean manufacturing principles and strengthen risk management protocols
- Drive business performance and enhance profitability through strategic leadership
Essential Qualifications
- Strategic executive leadership experience at senior levels
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Extensive background in chemical manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success in plant operations and commercial leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft D365
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and transformation
- Strong financial and business strategy expertise
- Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Superior problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
