Key Responsibilities:
- Support executives in managing their priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and other departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage executive schedules effectively.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and contribute to project management efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform executive decision-making.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Demonstrated capability in project management and strategic planning.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in a corporate or executive setting is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
