Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the family's long-term investment strategy, focusing on wealth preservation and growth.
- Oversee the allocation of family assets across various investment classes and ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage a team of investment professionals and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Conduct rigorous due diligence on investment opportunities and manage external advisors to ensure informed decision-making.
- Implement best practices for governance, risk management, and compliance within the family office.
- Facilitate effective communication and education for family members regarding investments, financial literacy, and governance practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders, including legal, tax, and investment advisors.
