Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the advisory services team, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality client engagement and service delivery.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the advisory services line, aligning with the firm’s overall objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Enhance the firm’s thought leadership by developing innovative solutions and service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other business units to leverage expertise and expand service offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of advisory services.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, including forecasts, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in advisory services, consulting, or related fields, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to navigate complex client environments and manage multiple client engagements.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and best practices in advisory services is a plus.
