We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Houston, Texas, to find a talented and dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from inception to settlement
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
• Coordinate medical records and bills, preparing summaries and timelines for case analysis
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
• Manage client communications, providing updates and gathering necessary information
• Prepare for and assist during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of personal injury legal procedures, including Texas state law
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification as a paralegal (preferred, but not required)
