We are seeking ambitious Sales Professionals to join our expanding team selling commercial equipment including gondola shelving units, transformers, and commercial refrigeration systems to businesses throughout the Chicago area and beyond. This remote position serves as an entry point to our leadership pipeline, with top performers being groomed to head our divisional operations across the United States as we scale.
Key Responsibilities in Detail
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients across retail, grocery, convenience store, and industrial sectors
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, video conferencing, and social selling techniques
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients throughout their equipment purchasing journey
- Implement strategic account management plans for existing clients to maximize retention and expansion opportunities
