Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Manage the content and dissemination of internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Create compelling external communications, including press releases, media materials, and digital content that convey the company’s mission and achievements.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company and manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee crisis communication efforts, developing strategies to address and mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft messages and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including investors, employees, customers, and the public.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform communications strategies and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Manage communication budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile communications initiatives and media relations.
- Strong understanding of corporate messaging and brand management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including digital media.
- Comprehensive compensation package with base salary of between $150,000 to $210,000 depending on experience.
