Your ImpactIn this role, you'll serve as the primary connection between our specialized financial equipment solutions and decision makers across Oklahoma and potentially neighboring states. You'll identify business needs, develop client-focused solutions, and grow revenue through both equipment sales and service agreements.
Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions, gaming facilities, and retail businesses
- Identify opportunities within the territory through strategic prospecting and lead generation
- Develop customized proposals and quotes that deliver value to customers while maintaining profit margins
- Follow client equipment lifecycle to identify upgrade and replacement opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with installation teams
- Stay current on product developments and competitive offerings
- Provide customer training on newly installed equipment
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
- Help resolve service issues by coordinating with technical support teams
- Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory (primarily Oklahoma)
This role requires moderate physical activity including:
- Regular driving throughout the territory
- Standing for extended periods during presentations and installations
- Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 75 pounds)
- Walking through customer facilities
- Manual dexterity for equipment demonstrations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in financial, technical, or gaming sectors
- Demonstrated success in field sales with measurable results
- Experience building long-term business relationships in Oklahoma (banking connections a plus)
- Comfort with a highly mobile workstyle (50,000 miles annually)
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex equipment features
- Excellent communication skills: articulate, persuasive, and professional
- Strong organizational abilities and follow-through on commitments
- Be able to maintain gaming licensure requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Competitive base salary up to $80,000 plus performance-based commission
