Production Associate Job Summary
This position requires a candidate who can operate in a fast-paced environment - someone who is eager to be a part of the team. A successful candidate will be comfortable doing repetitive tasks, taking initiative, and ensuring the quality of our products while working on the line.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
Production : Sustain high levels of product quality; with a target of zero quality defects or complaints with a 90% run rate efficiency along with meeting daily production requirements
Quality : Ensure that every item produced will meet customer quality standards. This includes the use of proper materials, drips and other appearance attributes are checked and acceptable.
Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping
Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists
Safety and housekeeping procedures followed. Maintain a continual alert for hazardous conditions. Wears all required PPE.
