What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Erection Foreman / Co-Owner position at Keller Inc?

Job Duties:
- Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings
- Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members
- Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet the project deadlines
- Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
- Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
- Keep supervisor informed with job progress
- Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets
- Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site
Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable with heights
- Great Leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel typically within WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
- Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to operate tools and equipment
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
