• Lead and work with crew members setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slab
s
• Work with project team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadline
s
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specification
s
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations on job site
s
• Train and mentor crew members on proper concrete flatwork technique
s
• Track and report progress of concrete flatwork projects through daily report
s
• Operate hand and power tools, skid loaders, forklifts and other small construction equipmen
t
• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during constructio
n

s
• Proven experience as a Concrete Flatwork Foreman or similar rol
e
• Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork techniques and practice
s
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specification
s
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skill
s
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
s
• Ability to travel - usually within the state of W
I
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labo
r
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality wor
k
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level
)
• Proficiency in using hand/power tools and equipmen
t
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportatio
n
• Must obtain Class A CDL within 60 days
