We design and build amazing buildings of which we are proud. We are looking for someone to lead and work with crew members in building erection of pre-engineered/convetional metal and wood framed buildings.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and work with crew members in building erection of pre-engineered/convetional metal and wood framed buildings.
- Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new teammates.
- Work with Project Management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet the project deadlines.
- Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas.
- Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors.
- Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets.
- Keep construction team informed with job progress and updates.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site.
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Great leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel typically within the state of WI.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level).
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
