Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Building Erection Foreman to lead our construction teams in the delivery of exceptional results. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the state of WI.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level).
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods while performing physical labor.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment.
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Building Erection Foreman include:

• Leading 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assisting in training new teammates.
• Working with Project Management to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinating schedules and work areas with subcontractors.
• Monitoring quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors.
• Completing daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets.
• Keeping the construction team informed about job progress and updates.
• Maintaining a safe work environment for all members on the job site.
