What Youll Do
The Regional Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the Team: Oversee operations for multiple office locations. Manage office staff hiring, training, mentoring, and terminations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain relationships with home improvement partners.
- Site Inspections: Provide high level customer service including issue resolution and follow-up.
- Expense Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for offices. Manage operational expenses.
- Leadership Development: Enhance our teams growth by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all offices adhere to Keller Interiors processes and maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred
Other Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check

Travel
- Travel is primary local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
