Responsibilities:
· Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
· Monitor progress and submit performance reports
· Responsible for producing valuable content for the company & properties online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
· Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
· Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
· Develop property branding plans
· Work within a defined budget
· Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
· Oversee the operation of the company & property websites or email marketing programs and provide analytics reviews
· Evaluating and develop marketing strategy and plans
· Producing ideas for promotional events or activities
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in marketing field
· Excellent leadership and organizing skills
· Analytical and creative thinking
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
· Professional and proactive work ethic.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
· Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
· Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
· Property Management Industry knowledge preferred
