Job Description
Keller Management is looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, dynamic, and motivated individual to assist in Recruitment and Staffing for all positions across all properties in various states. This position will work from Keller’s Corporate Headquarters located in Centerville, UT.
Responsibilities
- Sources candidates through requisitions, job boards, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
- Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and refers top-quality candidates for hiring managers to consider.
- Regularly partners with managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
- Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
- Facilitates background and reference checks and drug screening on all offers of employment; provides information to hiring manager.
- Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
- Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
- Researches, analyzes, and prepares recruiting statistics and data analysis.
- Onboarding new hires across various systems, including the HRIS
- Assists with the development and implementation of retention programs
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Working towards bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Masters
- One to three years related experience or equivalent in recruiting
- Computer skills, excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
