Litigation Legal Assistant/Float and Onsite Support– Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is growing! We are seeking to hire an onsite litigation legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years of state and federal court experience to work in our Seattle office.
This position will provide onsite support to include tasks that cannot be carried out by legal assistants working remotely, such as copy and scan projects, printing, and mailings. As a legal assistant float, this position provides support to overloaded legal assistants with high-volume tasks, covering for absences of regular legal assistants due to vacation, sick leave, or other temporary needs, requiring flexibility to work on various cases and with different lawyers, performing tasks like document preparation, court filings, docketing, calendaring, electronic file management, scheduling, and basic legal. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop litigation skills further for advancement within the firm.
This role requires a strong combination of technical project management skills and a high level of internal customer service. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and processes, the ability to read and interpret court rules, and wide-ranging experience with discovery, civil motion practice, trial in state, and exposure to federal court. We are looking for someone who is straightforward, is an adept organizer and project manager capable of successfully juggling multiple projects and deadlines, is a meticulous proofreader, is an excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly, is positive, proactive, enjoys working in a team, has a great sense of humor, and can handle challenging situations.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
