Spokane area Kitchen & Bath Plumbing Showroom looking to add a sales consultant that is detail oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed within a team environment.
The consultant will be responsible for building relationships and closing sales with plumbers, homeowners, and designers. Duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, creating quotes, following up with customers, and completing tasks as needed to support the showroom. The position will require a quick learner that is able to adapt to a variety of people, projects and inquiries. We operate a casual yet professional work environment with the primary goal of helping our loyal customers while expanding our business.
Responsibilities:
Develop knowledge of product lines and features
Assist in maintaining displays and appearance of showroom
Support existing customers with a high level of service
Generate and maintain new business opportunities
Meet personal and team sales goals
Assist showroom team with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, design, and/or customer service
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
Organizational and time management skills
Capable of problem solving and understanding technical details
Ability to follow direction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
