Elite Client Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Be the heartbeat of our brokerage—greeting clients, agents, and visitors with enthusiasm.
  • Manage calls and emails with professionalism and precision.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events like a pro.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office organization effortlessly.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and proactive assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Efficiently manage inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Facilitate a high-touch client experience, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – You can confidently engage with clients, agents, and team members in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth.
  • Proactive & Resourceful – You anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and always look for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Flawless Attention to Detail – Whether managing schedules, emails, or office organization, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, and industry software (e.g., BrokerBay, Dotloop, or Skyslope).
  • Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Professionalism & Discretion – You handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a polished, friendly demeanor.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset – You embrace feedback, love to learn, and strive for continuous improvement.
