The Sales Associate/Realtor® will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. The Sales Associate/Realtor® will provide in depth needs analyses to clients to determine their goals and assist them in achieving those goals by developing strong relationships and knowledge of the market – whether it be buying, selling, or leasing properties. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.
The Sales Associate/Realtor® also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. What will you do?

- Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
- Educate clients about the home buying or selling process, market trends, and property values.
- Property Marketing:
- List properties for sale or rent by creating compelling marketing materials, including photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
- Property Search and Evaluation:
- Conduct property searches based on client criteria and preferences.
- Schedule and accompany clients to property viewings, providing insights and guidance throughout the process.
- Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential investment opportunities.
- Negotiation and Transaction Management:
- Assist clients with making offers, counteroffers, and negotiating terms of sale or lease agreements.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on market activity, property listings, and transaction progress.
- Address client concerns, questions, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
