Position Summary: As a Real Estate Sales Associate at Keller Williams, you will play a key role in driving our growth and upholding our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will leverage your knowledge, sales acumen, and our industry-leading resources to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of each property in line with client requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings to offer clients the best advice and insights.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of sale to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Transaction Management: Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Technology Utilization: Use advanced real estate tools and software to manage listings, leads, and client interactions efficiently.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Keller Williams Elite Partners II with professionalism and integrity, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within a high-performing or award-winning brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Licensed real estate agent in Florida.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms.
