Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Licensed real estate agent in Florida.
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms.
