Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between clients and listing agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Oklahoma City, OKCoordinate property viewings, conduct home tours, and actively engage in open houses for potential buyersContact pre-qualified leads to assess interest levels and identify home preferences and requirementsPrepare various documents including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for successful property transactionsProvide essential information about the local housing market to prospective buyers in Oklahoma City, OKAdhere to the team's strategic plan to achieve collective goalsSchedule appointments with buyers and ensure timely follow-ups for effective customer serviceQualifications
