TEAM LEADER/SALES MANAGER

Primary Objectives–
- Recruit, retain, and train productive sales associates
- Develop careers of associates to minimum average income per associate
- Attain dominant market share in target markets
- Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
- Lead the administrative staff
- Drive the Market Center vision
- Implement OP’s vision
Regular Work Activities–
- Recruit sales associates – weekly (Interview, select, hire.)
- Train existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business
- Lead sales and business meetings
- Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
- Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
- Facilitate regular sales meetings
- Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates
Management Responsibilities–
- Staff
- Sales associates (150–500 people)

- Owner– Set branch goals, plans, monitor progress – monthly
Compensation–
- Base Salary: $72,000 - $108,000 based on experience
- Performance Bonuses monthly
- Profit Share Potential
- Top Performers in this role are making $250k

Job Requirements
Experience, Training, and Education–
- Proven track record of sales success in the past
- Knowledge of how to coach, lead and attract top sales people
- Real estate experience is a plus but we can teach the product if you bring the other intangible skills
- Computer skills and the ability to learn new technology platforms
- Track record of winning in past jobs/tasks
