Job Description:
The Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients/visitors
- Receive and distribute incoming faxes, mail, packages & courier documents
- Office, storage room & conference room upkeep
- Answering emails
- Keeping the front desk area and kitchen organized, clean and tidy
- Assisting agents/guests as best as possible
- Creating Event Flyers & Promoting Office Training Events
- Send Weekly Upcoming Events email
- Creating Regular Agent Announcements & Posting them
- Create special packages for big events
- Coordinating events for the office

Compensation: Hourly pay plus Bonus Plan, health benefits, opportunity for Profit Share, paid time off, and training. Benefits will be provided after the successful completion of a 100 day probation period.
