Compensation :

85,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Work collaboratively with team members to effectively follow up with leads and drive sales growth in the La Jolla, CA real estate market

Consult with clients looking to buy or sell properties in La Jolla, CA to understand their unique preferences and successfully close real estate transactions

Showcase a deep understanding of the local community to provide accurate information about available homes and the surrounding neighborhoods in La Jolla, CA

Qualifications :

Excellent team player with strong communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively within a team dynamic

Demonstrated sales expertise with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship building

Known for being approachable, reliable, and trustworthy in all interactions

Proficient in MS Office and Google applications, demonstrating strong technological capabilities

Preferred possession of a real estate agent's or broker's license, with a willingness to obtain one evident
