In this pivotal role at our Market Center, we need someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while upholding a warm and professional demeanor. The perfect candidate is vibrant, approachable, eager to grow, a great communicator, exceptionally attentive to details, and proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office. As the Office Administrator, you will be the welcoming presence at our Market Center, ensuring that agents and clients receive a warm and professional reception. Your duties will include overseeing the reception area, welcoming and guiding visitors, informing agents and staff of arrivals, managing phone calls, and accurately entering listing and sales data in a high-energy environment. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in organizing events and boosting the office's overall efficiency. Responsibilities :
- Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival at the Market Center.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and handle mail, checks, and packages efficiently.
- Assist agents by entering data for listings and sales, aiding in onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth office communications.
- Coordinate events and training sessions, maintain tidy meeting rooms, and organize office events effectively.
- Provide support for setting up technology during meetings and assist with office systems and software.
- Cultivate positive relationships with agents to contribute to the Market Center's vibrant culture.
