**Job Description:**
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely completion of real estate transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close
- Communicate with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to coordinate and ensure all transaction details are handled accurately and promptly
- Prepare and review transaction documents, including contracts, disclosures, and addendums
- Maintain transaction files and ensure all required documentation is completed and compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Track and manage transaction deadlines, ensuring all parties are aware and deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support to agents, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process
- Conduct final compliance review and ensure a smooth closing experience for clients
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or real estate coursework is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and transaction management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
