About this Position
The Agent Community Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all agents, staff, and guests during their time spent at our office. The top priorities for this role are handling day to day office operations, providing value to agents and guests with technology support and implementing high level communication practices internally, with our affiliate partners and other agents in our community. An ideal candidate for this role will be able to engage and connect with people, and adept at creating processes and systems that consistently impress upon each person that they are valued. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and has a true passion for serving others. Fluent on social media platforms and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position supports a fast-paced, highly collaborative group that depends on growth mindedness and the willingness to play all-in.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome all agents and guests entering the building and assist with creating exceptional experience throughout their visit.
- Maintain an inviting, clean, fresh office environment in all common spaces.
- Maintain multiple internal and public communication platforms .
- Create and maintain updates on our intranet, event and training calendars, social media channels, and internal tracking systems.
- Build relationships with agents through calls, touch plans, and business conversations.
- Create agent engagement and drive attendance to all events, trainings, and meetings.
- Become fully proficient and provide basic tech training and support on all basic agent platforms and e-sign programs.
- Support leadership team with projects and calls.
- Route incoming calls, packages and visitors to proper recipients.
- Collect and document delivery of all documents, checks/monies, and deliveries.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and aesthetically appealing common areas.
- Secure and schedule event sponsors and drive vendor program participation and membership.
- Plan and coordinate food orders, supplies and setup for events.
- Coordinate any building maintenance needs and supply orders.
- Complete all opening and closing office duties.
- Perform hospitality functions for events and daily meetings.
- Leave every person who comes to our office feeling valued and looking forward their next visit.

- Have willingness and ability to obtain Real Estate License.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
