Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service and helping field questions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and directing calls.
- Perform duties including data entry, maintaining and ordering supplies, processing commissions, and pending closings research and reporting.
- Utilize Google Suite and other tools for document preparation, meeting slides and communication.
- Support office management tasks, including recruiting packets, calendar management, and scheduling vendor sponsorship at training events.
- Assist with marketing efforts through Canva visual suite designs, social media posts and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
