Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong ability to negotiate, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and a deep understanding of the local market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, including preparing documents and managing timelines.
- Educate clients about Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance throughout the buying or selling process.
- Leverage bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele in navigating real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate administrative processes is highly desirable.
- A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring and we can help you make that happen!
