- Clearly and confidently communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, updating information in our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-ups and provide regular updates to the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and achieve lead generation goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- An interest in real estate or a desire to grow within the industry is a plus.
