We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support a highly experienced real estate professional with over 30 years in the business. This is an in-office position offering a dynamic work environment where you’ll play a key role in administrative operations and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications
· Maintain real estate databases, CRM systems, and transaction files
· Assist with listing coordination, document preparation, and compliance tracking
· Manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content
· Develop and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and property listings
· Coordinate open houses, client events, and promotional campaigns
· Conduct research on market trends, property data, and competitor listings
· Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong administrative and organizational skills
· Experience in real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with real estate contracts, MLS systems, and CRMs is a plus
